- Place a growmat on top of a honeycomb grill & let saturate.
- Sprinkle your seeds evenly on the growmat.
- Place lid & leave in a warm spot for 2-5+ days
- Remove lid and leave in a sunny spot for 7-10+ days
- Enjoy fresh and nutritious microgreens!
