National deliveries are by tracked courier in a courier pack, please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery.

Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery via DHL Express Couriers. All orders can be tracked using www.dhl.com and will be delivered to your door.

Stress Free Returns & Refunds

Please let us know at customercare@dalston.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the order, providing your reasons and/or exchange requirements. 

FULL PRICED ITEMS: We will happily offer you the option to exchange, a credit note (valid for 3 months) or refund (through your original payment method).

Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on sale goods.

 

Returns Policy:

We are unable to exchange/refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods. 
Please let us know at customercare@dalston.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the order, providing your reasons and/or exchange requirements. You will be sent an email containing a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on returning the garment. (Please note that refunds/exchanges will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number).

Once you have been sent a Returns Authorisation number, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable garment/s with original tags in a secure and waterproof courier bag. .   Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser's credit card.  This will be done within 7 days of receipt of the items.

The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable. Any costs incurred for the return shipping of an item is your responsibility as the customer, unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.

Free shipping on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange of an item. In the event of any further exchanges on the same original purchase, you may be required to pay shipping charges.

Missing Parcels

Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your garment does not arrive. Our next step will be to lodge an enquiry with the relevant postal service. The postal service will get in touch with you and then will require a response from you. The whole process can take up to 2 months. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
